I bought an E-Voucher worth Tk. 1000 from the official website of Pran RFL Daily Shopping (dailyshoppingbd.com). I bought it for BDT 970. Now I can't find any option to use the voucher. I went to Daily Shopping Banasree F Block outlet, they do not know the process. I aksed the outlet manager, he said evouchers can be used only for online orders. When I try to buy something from their website or mobile app, there's no option to redeem vouchers. Only Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad and SSL Payment Gateway (debit/credit cards). It's validity is expiring soon.
If anyone of you have used/redeemed daily shopping e vouchers before, please let me know the process.

They will deliver you the physical voucher to your address. Then you should take it to their outlet to redeem. That's the process.
They didn't deliver the physical voucher to me. But I asked the outlet manager for solution. He told me to order something and to mention the voucher number in notes. So did I. They delivered the products. But later the manager again called me that I will get physical voucher later, so if I get it, I hand over it to him (as I already received products using the voucher).
